1 to 9 people - $179 per person
10 or more people - $150 per person (requires single advance payment)
Tables for 10 people - $1500 (requires single advance payment)

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be made if registration is cancelled prior to May 3, 2008. There will be no refunds for any cancellations made after May 3, 2008. If you cannot attend the Symposium you are encouraged to send someone in your place.
