10 or more people - $150 per person (requires single advance payment)

REFUND POLICY |
A full refund will be made if registration is cancelled prior to May 3, 2008.
There will be no refunds for any cancellations made after May 3, 2008.
If you cannot attend the Symposium you are encouraged to send someone in your place. |

Where is the Santa Clara Convention Center?
The Convention Center is conveniently located in Santa Clara on the corner of Great America Parkway and Tasman Avenue.
From San Jose take 101 north to Great America Parkway and go east (right), it is approximately one mile to the Convention Center.
From San Francisco take 101 south to Great America Parkway and go east (left) at stop light approximately one mile to the Convention Center.
From 237 take the Great America Parkway to Tasman. There is plenty of free parking available -- OR BETTER YET -- take the VTA light rail directly to the Convention Center!

Who should attend the Symposium?
Any Human Resources professional seeking the knowledge, motivation and insight to expand their career would benefit from attending the Symposium.
Can I substitute someone else for my registration?
Yes you can! On the day of the event changes can be made at the registration table.
I don't know if I will be able to attend. Is it possible to "walk in?"
We have a seating limit of 600, so we recommend that you register in advance. However, any remaining seats will be made available on the day of the Symposium.
Can I pay with a credit card? Check?
Yes to both! You can register on-line using your Visa or MasterCard or you can download the registration form available on this site, and fax it to: (510) 553-0402, or mail the form with payment to:

Who do I make my check payable to?
Please make your check payable to Human Resources, Inc.
Where does the money for the Symposium go?
All proceeds from the Symposium go to Human Resources Inc. and are used for college scholarships to students studying in the Human Resources field. The Symposium has awarded over $179,000 in scholarships in the last 10 years. $32,000 in scholarships have been awarded in 2008.
Are any of the funds used for salaries?
No! The Human Resources, Inc. Board, the Symposium Committee members and all of the speakers have volunteered their time.
Are the sponsors reimbursed for anything?
No! All sponsors contribute their time and services.
