GROUP REGISTRATIONS
Please note that you can only enter the registration system once per email address. If you are registering a group of people, please have the full list available so that you can complete all the registrations at the same time. You may also pay for the number of people you intend to enroll and send the list of names separately to registration@hysymposium.org.
OPEN SEATING BY POPULAR DEMAND
In response to strong and consistent prior attendee feedback, this year’s HR Symposium will once again be open seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Prior attendees have stressed that assigned seating and company tables actually inhibit valuable networking which is a key attraction to our annual event. Companies who view attendance at the HR Symposium as a team-building opportunity, or otherwise wish an assigned table, may make that request on an exception basis with the purchase of 10 or more seats. If you wish to make that request, please send an email to registration@hrsymposium.org. Otherwise, just as with the program in the theater, seating at lunch will be open on a first-come, first-served basis.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be made if registration is cancelled prior to April 26, 2012. There will be no refunds for any cancellations made after April 27, 2012. If you cannot attend the Symposium, you are encouraged to send someone in your place.
