Award Categories & Criteria

HR Leadership

Award will be presented to the leader of a human resource function. This award specifically acknowledges those representing the company and the department, regardless of company size.

...are the fighter. The problem solver. The pioneer. We're referring directly to professionals who have articulated a vision and demonstrated human resource strategic leadership and business input. A vision that has impacted the culture of their organization. A vision whose effects have lead to the attraction, recruitment and/or retention of excellent employees.

...embody the very definition of excellence in human resource leadership and the very individual whose legacy empowers change and a lasting impression.

...are the legend. An individual that has demonstrated excellence in human resource performance throughout the years -- one who has contributed to the industry and exudes social responsibility.

HR Excellence

Recognizing excellence for an individual (or team of individuals) who work within Human Resources. These awards will honor those who have contributed to the advancement of their profession and the businesses they support. For this category, the awards committee may choose to reward multiple nominations in any given year.

This award may include, but is not limited to recognizing those who…

…championed innovative “game changing” outcomes that have resulted in valuable contribution to the business.

…have provided significant HR functional contribution towards a defined initiative, program, change effort, etc…

…have been instrumental in helping solve complex business issues with creativity and care.

…drove significant tangible results within the business or human resource function.
