Overview - The Awards of Excellence
The HR Symposium’s awards of Human Resources excellence were created to honor and recognize extraordinary achievement in the Human Resources profession in the Bay Area. This year we are pleased to announce that we have two award categories for which nominations may be submitted.
The awards salute individuals whose efforts have advanced initiatives in the innovation and practice of people management. In addition to raising HR’s standards, these peer awards spotlight professionals whose contributions power the betterment of the Human Resources field.
We invite you to submit nominations for deserving colleagues and champions who have contributed to Human Resources in meaningful ways at any level. All submissions must be received no later than Friday, March 23, 2012 for consideration.

Winners will:
- Be celebrated at the HR Symposium Awards ceremony and luncheon, at the Santa Clara Convention Center on May 3, 2012.
- Be presented with a beautiful award signifying and honoring the achievement
- Be recognized for their accomplishment on HRSymposium.org
- Be invited to participate on the peer committee to help select the award winners in 2013
